Whether Humans or Robots, We Need Moral Programming

Machines that listen, think, and respond in human language! For centuries, such things were found only in carnival sideshows and science fiction stories. But today, sophisticated computer programs called chatbots allow humans to input verbal or written questions into a computer and receive responses in words, even complete sentences. People can literally converse with machines via chatbots.
